Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Revitalise Your Health Limited Affiliate Programme (“Programme”). By joining the Programme, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

  • Promote Revitalise Your Health products in a truthful and ethical manner.
  • Avoid making any false claims, misleading statements, or unauthorised health claims.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform policies.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Your affiliate status will be cancelled immediately if you:

  • Misrepresent the company, brand, or products in any way.
  • Use deceptive, unethical, or spam-based marketing practices.
  • Engage in behaviour that may harm the reputation of Revitalise Your Health.

5. Commission and Payouts

  • The cookie duration for tracking affiliate referrals is 30 days. This means that if a consumer clicks on your affiliate link, any qualifying purchase they make within 30 days will be attributed to you, even if the purchase is made at a later time.
  • Commissions are earned only from valid post-sales.
  • No payout will be made until a minimum of 30 days post-sales has been achieved.
  • The minimum payout threshold is £10.
  • Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer. Once you meet the minimum payout threshold, we will contact you to arrange payment.
  • Invalid, cancelled, or refunded orders will not count toward commissions or sales thresholds.

6. Termination

Revitalise Your Health reserves the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of any terms in this Agreement.
  • Misrepresentation of the company or products.
  • Inactivity for an extended period. If your account remains inactive for 3 months, it will be removed from the system and you will need to reapply to join the Programme.

Upon termination:

  • You will no longer earn commissions.
  • Any unpaid commissions below the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use approved brand assets solely for promotional purposes. Modification or unauthorised use of trademarks, logos, or branding materials is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Revitalise Your Health Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Programme.

9. Amendments

Revitalise Your Health Limited may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.

10. Acceptance

By participating in the Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
