How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their associated prices based on weight.
When will my order ship?
Supplement orders could be shipped the same day, if placed before 12pm. However, an order is normally shipped the next business day (depending on when the order is placed, size of order etc). ECG monitoring tests could be shipped same day if orders are placed by 2pm, however, please allow a minimum of 1 business day for dispatch. Orders over a bank holiday weekend of festive periods will be processed on the first working day of our business hours.
ECG Holter Monitoring
Once your order is processed, your information is then transferred to our partner portal where your order will be processed. Our partners will then be in direct contact with you to arrange delivery. We will send a confirmation email to you with the next step information. You will receive instructions on how to return the devices after your selected duration has ended. A Pre-paid envelope will be provided and this must be taken to a Post Office for return, where a proof of delivery receipt is required. Proof of receipt is NOT proof of delivery. Should the device become lost, without proof, then you agree to cover the cost of the replacement device of £595.00. All damages should be reported immediately.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product(s), please contact us as soon as possible and within 72 hours of receiving the product(s) in any event.
Do you ship to my country?
Unfortunately, we do not currently sell outside of the UK. We are currently reviewing this, so please check back soon!
Shipping costs
- UK orders under 1kg from £3.95 – £4.99
- UK orders between 1kg-3kg – £7.99
- UK orders over 3kg and up to 20kg – £12.69
- Europe, USA and rest of world – We do not currently deliver outside the UK – we are currently working on this
Orders are shipped out either by Royal Mail 2nd class post, 2nd class Recorded Delivery or by courier (Interlink), depending on the value and weight (and at our discretion).
