How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their associated prices based on weight.
When will my order ship?
Supplement orders could be shipped the same day, if placed before 12pm. However, an order is normally shipped the next business day (depending on when the order is placed, size of order etc). ECG monitoring tests could be shipped same day if orders are placed by 2pm, however, please allow a minimum of 1 business day for dispatch. Orders over a bank holiday weekend of festive periods will be processed on the first working day of our business hours.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product(s), please contact us as soon as possible and within 72 hours of receiving the product(s) in any event.
Do you ship to my country?
Unfortunately, we do not currently sell outside of the UK. We are currently reviewing this, so please check back soon!

- UK orders under 1kg from £3.95 – £4.99
- UK orders between 1kg-3kg – £7.99
- UK orders over 3kg and up to 20kg – £12.69
- Europe, USA and rest of world – We do not currently deliver outside the UK – we are currently working on this
Orders are shipped out either by Royal Mail 2nd class post, 2nd class Recorded Delivery or by courier (Interlink), depending on the value and weight (and at our discretion).
